My Bone Tincture

Ingredients: Organic Alcohol, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Symphytum, Arnica, Lobelia, Yarrow, Meadow Sweet, and Calendula
 
Directions: Take 1 cc (1 dropper squeeze) under tongue 2-4 times daily
